
When local fruits and vegetables are in season Chef Steve Riley features them in our Field to Fork program. The Annapolis Valley offers many different products from local Asparagus, Fiddleheads, Lettuce, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Apples etc… When these products are in season Between the Bushes Restaurant supports the local farming community by featuring their products while educating the general public on where the product is coming from and where they can purchase it.
