"Field to Fork" is designed to bring fresh, locally grown produce to your table by featuring in-season fruit and vegetables. We select a local producer and bring their story to you. It's an opportunity for us to support our local farming community. As an added bonus, Chef Steve Riley creates special feature dishes for our menu.
The Annapolis Valley offers an abundance of crops including: mushrooms, asparagus, fiddleheads, raspberries, apples and blueberries. When these and other items are in-season, Between the Bushes Restaurant partners with and supports the local farming community by featuring their products.
